Return Policy
All returns must be pre-authorized, please call or send us an e-mail for an RMA number. Returns may be made within 14 business days. Please call us immediately for items damaged in shipping.
Shipping
All orders placed before 12 p.m. Pacific time will usually go out the same business day, orders made after 12 p.m will ship the next business day.
Pyro Skins Flat rate is either FedEx home delivery, USPS First Class™ or Priority Mail™ whatever is least expensive. Generally, products under 2lbs will ship USPS, products over 2lbs will ship FedEx. It is a great way to save on shipping if you don't mind waiting a little longer to receive your purchase.
There are two levels of Pyro Skins Flat rate shipping:
- Orders 59.99 and under ship for 6.00
- Orders 60.00 and up ship for FREE
- International buyers may contact us for cheapest/fastest shipping method at above e-mail
Some sale items may be excluded from the Pyro Skins shipping rates, and may only be used in the contiguous united states for products over 2 lbs.
If your in the area of Chico, California, give us a call as you may be able to skip the shipping charges altogether! You can always come drop by our warehouse, or if you have an order over $20 we may even bring it to you.
Please open all boxes and inspect immediately upon receipt for damaged merchandise during shipping. All shipping claims need to be filed within 3 business days of receiving your order to receive full credit. This is FedEx's policy on all shipping claims.
